JobToFive is a workforce-management app that companies use to schedule jobs, track attendance, and manage their field staff. This policy explains what data the JobToFive mobile app collects, why, and the choices you have. If you use JobToFive as an employee, the company that gave you your account owns your work data; JobToFive operates the platform on their behalf.

1. Who we are

The JobToFive app is operated by the JobToFive team ("we", "us"). For any privacy question, contact us at jobtofive@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what the app needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal information.

Data	Why we collect it
Name, phone number, email, job role	To create and secure your account and show who performed each action.
Password	Stored only as a securely hashed value — never in plain text.
Precise location (GPS)	Used only at the moment you clock in or out, to verify you are at the job site. We do not track location in the background.
Camera & photos	To capture before/after job photos and your profile picture, only when you choose to.
Face ID / fingerprint	Handled entirely by your device for quick sign-in. We never receive or store your biometric data.
Push notification token	To send you job assignments and alerts.
Basic device & app info	To keep the app secure, diagnose crashes, and improve reliability.
Work records (jobs, attendance, leave, payroll, supplies)	The core function of the app — managed on behalf of your employer.

3. How we use your information

• To provide the app: scheduling, clock-in/out, job photos, leave, payroll, and notifications.
• To verify attendance and job completion for your employer.
• To secure your account and prevent unauthorized access.
• To fix bugs, improve performance, and keep the service running.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

4. Who we share it with

• Your employer / company. Your work data is visible to the administrators and supervisors of the company you work for.
• Service providers that help run the app — cloud hosting, database, image storage, and push-notification delivery. They process data only on our instructions and are bound to keep it confidential.
• Legal. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of users.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and your employer needs it for their records (including legally required payroll and tax retention periods). When an account is deleted, its login identifiers are removed and personal data is deleted or anonymized, except where we are legally required to retain it.

6. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, access controls, and reputable cloud infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and respond quickly to any issue.

7. Your choices & rights

• You can review and update your profile inside the app.
• You can turn off location, camera, or notification permissions in your device settings (some features won't work without them).
• You can request a copy of your data or ask for your account to be deleted by contacting your company administrator or emailing jobtofive@gmail.com.

8. Children

JobToFive is a workplace tool intended for people aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
